I do not know how far is my experience true, the SA do not seem to be giving up on us (as we seems unlikely to be able to proceed with the purchase due to our financial condition) but instead, the SA willing to hold our unit (which is located at strategic location and furthermore, the price already twenty thousand more expensive than the price I previously bought) and keep our cases in view till the credit firm is formed. From my understanding, if the SA were to cancel my purchase and to sell it again with higher price, the SA would already be able to collect higher commission by now. Buyer having loan under their credit firm do not need to pay for any interest until the completion of the project. The SA also explained that the developer has no intention to earn more money from releasing loan from their credit firm at all as the rate they charge is 6% fixed throughout the term and the interest is barely sufficient to support the loan approving process which then proven by my banker. My banker calculated everything for me and the result is as explained because we do not have to pay installment nor interest during construction period which make the amount paid under OCBC bank loan throughout the loan term almost the same as loan released by the credit firm. As for what we discussed above, we do not have to afraid bearing any risk if we were to accept the loan offer by the credit firm as the developer and the owner of the credit firm is the same person. If the project were to stop half way, all the buyer getting loan from the credit firm will not have to make any further payment as the developer and the credit firm owner is the same person. Therefore, my banker told me that this is actually a much better deal than those offered by other banks because this loan do not take into account the inflation rate. The sweet talk by their Sales Agent had never keep their promise.  Firstly, they never get approval from a Bank and simply told the purchaser that Alliance Bank is their end financier.  They even told me they would refund if never get loan approved from a Bank.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, they are telling diff story abt bank&amp;#39;s quota full, and they have their own credit company which simply wana make profit by forcing the purchaser to take up loan with higher interest rate.  They will not refund the 3k deposit anyway.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just made my complaint to Pengguna Tribunal, they advise me to bring all related documents including the official receipts to them. I also could not get bank loan. Million Wong said Mr. Foo Chee Kean has formed a credit company to give loan to those who could not get bank loan. But the interest is much higher than bank. She said if we did not accept their offer we would not be able to claim back our deposit. As such, I am going to complain to Pengguna Tribunal about this. You also can call this number 03-40424181 if you want to make a complaint of you problem.
