SHL Consolidated Berhad, the main developer for Bandar Sungai Long is currently constructing the next phase of Palm Walk double storey terrace houses which are located next to a large granite hill. With the total of 241 units, the latest development consists of 150 units (20" X 70"), 76 units (20" X 75") and 15 units (20" X 90"). At this moment in time, there is no official info from SHL. Will post the latest news whenever it is available.

The granite hill is too close to the project. but, i believe it will be a hot cake when open for sales.

I called to SHL Headquater, they said for double storey intermediate 20'x70', min 500k. I think is cheap when compare to new launch in damai perdana and bukit sungai long........., but SHL only build guarded double storey house.............
